European Intellectual Property WebSeminar 2020

We are pleased to invite you to our annual IP Seminar 2020, now in its 30th year.

In view of the continuing uncertainty surrounding the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to offer this IP Seminar in a somewhat condensed form as an all-virtual event. Despite a partial lifting of the measures we remain intent on prioritizing the health and safety of our staff, registrants, and the community.

This WebSeminar will provide a comprehensive introduction into European IP laws and practice and cover topics such as

  • Introduction to the EPC
  • Prosecution of European Patent Applications for International Applicants
  • Computer-implemented inventions, AI and ML
  • Overview of the PCT Procedure
  • Patent Filing Strategies

The courses will be held on Tuesday, October 6 and Wednesday, October 7, 2020
from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon CEST, and again from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm CEST (same content).
